A Vogue Paris Original designed by Pierre Balmain circa the late 1970s. Christie Brinkley is the model on the cover.
Blouson dress, four inches below mid-knee or evening length, with bodice front gathered into self-lined front yoke and front and back gathered into waistline seam, has loose-fitting bodice, deep shaped neckline, bias foldover collar with extending tie ends, straight skirt with front princess seaming (evening length has center back hemline slit), pockets in side front seams and full-length sleeves slightly gathered at cap and gathered into buttoned cuffs. Purchased belt.
