Simplicity 4209 - Wiggle or Full Skirt Dress with Cowl Neck Collar
Perfect for dress clips and can be styled in several different ways, as shown by the illustration! One-piece dress has back zipper closing and a cowl neckline that can be draped in several ways as illustrated on the front of the envelope. Sleeveless view 1 has gathered skirt. View 2 features short set in sleeves and slim skirt with gathers at front waistline and back kick pleat. The bias tie belt of self fabric is not pressed flat giving a round or corded effect. Sized for Juniors. Circa the 1960s.
