Simplicity 1668 - 1940s Cap-Sleeve Dress with Optional Scallop Neckline
The cap-sleeved dress is seamed down the center front and back and gathered at the shoulder line. Style I displays a scallop trim on the neckline and cap sleeve. A bow-sash of contrasting color circles the waist. Style II is made with a V neck and cut on the bias for a worked effect. To fasten the back opening a slide fastener is used. Copyright 1946.
