Simplicity 5828 - Gunne Sax Victorian-Style Prairie Dress
Lovely Victorian prairie-style day or maxi dress with full sleeves, ruffled skirt, and lace trim. Adjustable for petites. It would make a beautiful wedding dress as well! Copyright 1982.
Bias tape and lace trimmed dress with tuck detail bodice front and self loop and button closing has center back zipper, princess seams, stand-up collar and self tie ends. Skirt gathered to bodice at shaped waistline seam has lower ruffle with self heading. Regular length V. 1 has long sleeves gathered to armhole with self loop and button closing. Floor length V. 2 has elbow length sleeves with elastic casing forming self ruffles.
