We ship worldwide!We are happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases through this shop and our Etsy shop. We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We will ship your items within two days of payment, excluding Sundays as the Post Office is closed. We always try to reuse and recycle clean and robust packing materials whenever possible.
We do not make money on shipping. No one likes to be overcharged for shipping and handling. Please understand that our shipping costs also include the "handling" costs of the mailer, packing materials, etc., and that often the shipping price that you pay does not cover those costs.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected items. You are responsible for providing an accurate ship-to address, as well as requesting and purchasing insurance (and we highly recommend it for higher-end items or breakables). If you would like insurance, please contact us for a quote.

Shipping for Patterns: All patterns will be shipped in a protective poly sleeve. Depending on the method of shipping, the pattern may also have a new or reclaimed cardboard backing to protect it from shipping damage (shipping in a rigid Priority Mail box eliminates the need for the cardboard backing). We NEVER fold patterns in half to ship them!

Returns
All items are sold “as-is.”. In general, all sales are final. However, if you believe that an item was incorrectly described, please contact us via email for a resolution within three days of receipt of the item. Our goal is to for you to be 100% satisfied and happy with each purchase!
